A: Because many customers ask for sample everyday, we can't afford all of them, so customer need to pay shipping fee in advance, the shipping fee will be deducted from the order.

A: The delivery time is about 2~7 days after receiving deposit payment.
 

4. Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Commonly 30% deposit, the balance payment before container loading or against the copy of B/L, it depends on trading terms.
